Outcomes:

  • Develop self-awareness of individual cultural and working style preferences using Global DISC™.
  • Create a group profile of the team’s cultural and working style preferences.
  • Identify tensions arising from differing working styles within the team.
  • Uncover the team’s strengths and blind spots when interacting with other departments, customers, or partners.
  • Compare the team’s preferences with expectations in different countries.
  • Conduct workshops where the team develops strategies to minimize internal tensions and address blind spots.
